These terms describe use of the public KADE website. Product access, licensing, service levels and institutional deployments are governed by separate agreements.
01 / Website operator
This website is operated by KADE Technologies LLC, incorporated in Qatar. Website enquiries can be sent to info@kadetechnologies.com.
02 / Information and illustrations
The website provides general information about KADE’s platform, people and proposed engagement routes. Charts, lens reads, synthesis, factor explanations and deployment graphics are illustrative. They do not show a live client portfolio or a production screening result.
The website does not provide investment advice, an instruction to execute a trade, or an offer to buy or sell a financial instrument. Institutions retain their decisions and are responsible for their own assessment.
03 / Product and deployment scope
Descriptions of functionality and deployment boundaries explain the intended scope. Availability, permitted inputs, processing locations, dependencies, licensing, support and delivery commitments must be confirmed in the relevant written agreement.
Current build status is stated on the website: the core and lens suite are running in staging; sovereign runtime certification is pending; and Policy Intelligence is planned for Phase 3. Illustrations do not imply that a certified sovereign runtime is already in production.
04 / Content and permitted use
You may view the website and share links for legitimate professional or personal use. Website text, design, graphics and branding remain subject to the rights of KADE and the relevant rights holders. Contact KADE before reproducing or adapting material beyond uses permitted by applicable law.
Do not use the website to submit unlawful material, impersonate others, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorised access to systems or non-public information.
05 / Enquiries and privacy
Sending an enquiry starts a discussion. It does not create a purchase, engagement, confidentiality agreement or service commitment. Please do not include confidential records in an initial website enquiry.
